- Psychology (individual session): 55 mins. Clients are eligible to receive rebates for the first 6-10 therapy sessions if they have a Mental Health Care Plan.
- Bulk-billing may be available for those with an *Australian Government Health Care Card (please discuss at the time of booking appointment).
- NDIS: individual Service Agreements apply.
- Group sessions have a different rate to individual sessions. Contact us for more info.
How to Pay
- Fees for your individual situation will be confirmed at the initial phone call.
- Fees must be paid at each session. This may be done by cash or credit card.
- NDIS clients can set up a Service Agreement prior to the first session.
Absences & Cancellations
- If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to advise that you are on your way. We will wait for you for 10 minutes. If you do not make contact to advise that you are on your way, we may leave the premises.
- Missed sessions will still be charged, unless more than 48 hours notice has been given. We may then be able to rearrange your session time for you.
If you have Private Health insurance
- Please be in touch with your provider to be sure that you are covered and whether there are any limitations.
