How it works?

1.  You contact us with your referral
2.  We will get back to you within 48 hours for a brief phone call (10 mins) to discuss your situation, fees and set up appointment.
3.  We will ask you to read our Consent Form and AI Consent form on our website and ask you to indicate your agreement by return email or in person before or at your first appointment.
4. For each session you need to ensure that you have fees available to be paid at the time of the session.
5.  Sessions generally last 50-60 minutes, dependent on the type of referral.
6.  When it feels like it is time to end your therapy sessions, you and your psychologist need to agree a two session count down to the end.
